Grain Free Waffles

I truly do not think there is any more satisfying breakfast than waffles. Wait! I am a liar, egg bendict take the first prize everytime. :-)
These waffles are super easy to make and freeze well. Top them with fresh fruit, maple or date syrup and don't forget the nuts

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup tapioca starch ( flour )
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup plant based or dairy free milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  • Preheat your waffle maker
  • In a bowl or blender add the milk, eggs and vanilla
  • Next add in the almond flour and the tapioca starch ( flour )
  • Mix well, if using a blender do not over blend
  • Pour about 1/4 cup of your batter into your waffle maker. I like to use an ice cream scoop :-)
  • Cook your waffles according to your own preference. We like ours extra crispy
